Holy Basil

WHAT IS IT?


Each capsule contains Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) dried extract 450 mg (leaf) standardized to 2.5% urosolic acid. Other ingredients are rice powder, magnesium stearate, plant derived capsule.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


In traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine, Holy Basil was called Tulsi which means "the incomparable one." It has been traditionally used as an adaptogen for its normalizing effects on stress levels. It is also anti-inflammatory.
