HLC LAB4 Consortium
Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL 60)
Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL 21)
Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL 20)
Bifidobacterium lactis (CUL 34)
PLUS: Lactobacillus salivarius (CUL 89)
Total count 125 billion viable cells
Frucotooligosaccharides 10 gram

Other ingredients are freeze dried apricot.

 

WHAT DOES IT DO?

According to the manufacturer:

DOSE

One sachet (20 gm per day with a meal or as professionally directed.  Add water to contents of one sachet and stir until dissolved.
