GlucoFit is Banaba (Lagerstroemia speciosa L.) extract (leaf) [std. to 18% Corosolic Acid (24 mg)] 1,334 mg. Inert ingredients include rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerin, carob extract, water, beeswax, silica, titanium dioxide.

"GlucoFit was introduced by Life Extension in August 2000. The efficacy of this natural extract is based on animal and human studies. The active ingredient in GlucoFit is called corosolic acid. Corosolic acid, also known as 2alpha-hydroxyursolic acid, is a triterpene compound extracted from the leaves of the plant Lagerstroemia speciosa. Research shows that when used as part of your diet, corosolic acid is able to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels in those already within normal range.102-109* A recent animal study indicates this constituent of banaba leaves may promote cardiovascular health as well.110"
CAUTIONS
Glucotrim lowers blood glucose in normal as well as diabetic persons. Those with hypoglycemia or wildly fluctuating blood sugar should avoid it. Diabetes is a serious condition. Consult your health practitioner before taking this product and monitor your blood sugar frequently.
Glucosol has no known side-effects.
