DOSE
Begin this 14-day program with 1 caplet before bed on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of purified water. Increase by 1 caplet each day until you reach 8 caplets per day in divided doses first thing in the morning and before bed. Remain on 8 caplets per day for 7 days.
