Each capsule of Pomegranate Extract contains Pomella Pomegranate (Punica granatum) Extract (fruit) [std. to 30% Punicalagins (120 mg)] 400 mg and PomComplete Pomegranate (Punica granatum) Blend [flower extract and seed oil (standardized to 22% (30 mg) punicic acid 137.5 mg. "In ancient Greek mythology, the pomegranate represents life and regeneration.92 Its use as an herb dates back more than 3,000 years. But contemporary science has rediscovered the pomegranates surprising array of health benefits.
