WHAT IS IT?


Fo-Ti (Polygonum multiflorum,) also known in China as He Shou Wu, is an herb second only to Ginseng in the esteem of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Each capsule contains 610 mg of root. Other ingredients include gelatin and Magnesium stearate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Thisherb has been used in Chinese medicine for centuries to treat premature aging, weakness, vaginal discharges, infections, impotence and heart problems. It is said to replenish sperm and to reverse hair graying. It is regarded as a key herbal remedy for the elderly.

CAUTIONS


Normally none. Mild diarrhea or rash may occur in some sensitive people. Very high doses can cause numbness in the extremities.
