WHAT IS IT?
Each 2 capsules ofFibronol contains:
| Ecklonia cava extract (SEANOL-F) | 400 mg |
| Thiamine (as Thiamine Hydrochloride) | 20 mg |
| Magnesium (as Magnesium Malate) | 6 mg |
| Malic Acid | 80 mg |
| Aloe vera (Leaves) extract 200:1 | 60 mg |
Other ingredients are hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), cellulose, magnesium stearate.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
According to the manufacturer:

CAUTIONS
If pregnant or breast feeding ask a health care professional before use.Those with pre-existing IBS conditions should gradually build up their dosage levels of Fibronol and/or FibroBoost to avoid potential aggravation of their IBS symptoms and to understand their individual dosage thresholds or tolerances.

DOSE
Take 2 capsules three times daily before meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Those weighing more than 175 pounds should consider supplementation of an additional 3-6 capsules/day of Fibronol or 2-3 capsules/day of
FibroBoost with their regular (6-capsule) Fibronol dosing, in order to optimize their FM symptom management. Do not exceed 12 capsules in a 24 hour period. It should be taken on a daily basis or relapse may occur.
