Fenugreek 85

WHAT IS IT?


Fenugreek 85 contains in each capsule Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) extract (seed) 750 mg. This odorless extract is standardized to contain 85% total dietary fiber (638 mg) providing soluble fiber typically 70% (525 mg.) It also contains Vitamin C, as Ascorbyl palmitate 15 mg. Other ingredient is vegetable capsule.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


Fenugreek is an excellent dietary fiber which supports a healthy glycemic response.

CAUTIONS


It has GRAS (generally recognized as safe) status in the USA. Diarrhea and flatulence are possibilities. With large doses, hypoglycemia is also a possibility. Do not use with anti-coagulant drugs such as warfarin as there is a theoretical possibility of an interaction. The usual warnings with pregnancy apply.

DOSE


Take 4 to 8 capsules daily in divided doses with meals and at least 8 ounces of water.
