WHAT IS IT?
Each 4 tsp or 20 g of Enerdisia makes 8 fl oz of coffee. 15 servings per container. Ingredients are proprietary blend of herbs 600 mg. Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia,) American Ginseng, Ginkgo biloba, Maca, wild oats (Avena Sativa,) Nettle root, and Sea Buckthorn. Other ingredients are instant coffee, sugar, non-dairy creamer, salt. Each 8 oz serving contains about 5.4 mg of caffeine compared to 8 oz of coffee which has about 90 mg.

DOSE
Measure 4 tsps into a cup. Slowly pour 6-8 oz of hot water over Enerdisia while stirring well. For a richer, creamier recipe, use hot (not boiling) milk in place of water.
