WHAT IS IT?

DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol bitartrate) 100 mg per capsule. Other ingredients are cellulose (plant origin,) gelatin, silica, vegetable magnesium silicate.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

According to the manufacturer:

"Sun, poor nutrition, the breakdown of muscle - all can have an effect on aging skin. DMAE can be found in fish and meats. DMAE is a popular ingredient in skin care products."

DMAE is also used to improve mental functioning.
