Citrus Q10 100

by Douglas labs

WHAT IS IT?

Citrus-Q10™ 100 supplies naturally fermented coenzyme Q10 100 mg in a great tasting, natural citrus flavored chewable tablet. Other ingredients: Mannitol, cellulose, povidone, citric acid, natural lemon/lime flavor, silica, vegetable stearate, natural orange flavor and sorbitol.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Enzymes catalyze chemical reactions. Coenzyme Q10 or CoQ10 is the catalyst that allows the body to create Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) which is the fuel that energizes the body. It is particularly abundant in places where high energy is important such as the heart. It is also a strong antioxidant. CoQ10 production in the body declines with age (much like DHEA, hormones and lots of other vital, youth preserving substances.) It is part of the cell's energy production biochemistry.
