Each capsule of Caprylate Complex typically contains Magnesium (as freeze dried Magnesium caprylate) 20 mg and Calcium (as freeze dried Calcium caprylate) 45 mg. Total Caprylic acid 500 mg. Other ingredients are cellulose, silica, and water.

WHAT DOES IT DO?
