WHAT IS IT?


ButyrEn contains in one tablet: Calcium (as Calcium Magnesium Butyrate) 100 mg and Magnesium (as Calcium Magnesium Butyrate) 100 mg. Butyrate is 815 mg. Inert ingredients are dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.

WHAT DOES IT DO?


This product is a source of Butyric acid (Butyrate,) Calcium and Magnesium, in an enterically coated tablet designed to release in the intestines. Butyrate is an energy source for the cells lining the intestine.

CAUTIONS


None known. It is produced naturally by the break-down of fiber in the gut by bacteria.
