lotus, neem, common mallow, elder, rosemary, chamomile, small caltrops,
dandelion, organic zinc, tribulus terrestris, ghatti gum (source of organic
minerals, e.g. magnesium, calcium._ Inert ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon
dioxide. WHAT DOES IT DO? According to the manufacturer: For a healthy woman. "Badmaev 13 is a proprietary botanical formula based on traditional Tibetan medicine... The formula #13 is one of several developed by Vladimir Badmaev M.D., Ph.D., a direct descendant of the physicians to the Czars of Russia. Dr. Badmaev says that in Tibetan medicine, which is closely related to Ayurveda medicine, the interest in the well-being of a human always extends into the universal concept of balance in existence. ..." Traditional actions and use of the formula: 1. Premenstrual Tension Syndrome (PMS) for most symptoms. 2. Perimenopause, menopause and post menopause for most symptoms. 3. Inflammatory disorders. 4. Other poorly understood conditions affecting female health.

DOSE Preventive: Take 2 tablets once a day before bedtime. Treatment: 2-4 tablets daily,
half a hour before or after a meal. Can be worked up to gradually. After
four months, 1-2 tablets daily as a maintenance dose. For better effects it
should be taken as a decoction as well as dry tablets. To prepare decoction,
put 2 tablets in 3 cups of water, boil to volume of one glass. Drink warm
with honey for better taste. Results will come
