WHAT IS IT?
Each capsule of Bacopa Plus contains:
Convolvulus pluricaulis 120 mg
Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) 120 mg
Bacopa monnieri 80 mg
Ginkgo biloba 80 mg
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) 80 mg
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (Cellulose and Chlorophyll.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
According to the manufacturer:
"Bacopa Plus is an excellent memory support*. Bacopa monnieri has been used in Ayurvedic tradition to support the nervous system and may help maintain neurotransmitter levels (especially of serotonin), support memory,mental performance and moderate occasional stress*. These effects may be due to antioxidant protection of processing centers in the brain.
This formula also has Ginkgo biloba for support of circulation to the brain and extremities and Convolvulus pleuricaulis and Centella asiatica to aid cognitive support and for increased circulation, memory support, support connective tissue, and their general health effects (both are considered rasayana in Ayurveda). Ayurvedically, Bacopa Plus help maintain vata imbalances of the nervous system and regulates tone and support the cardiovascular system."
