WHAT IS IT?

Bacopa Monniera is the dried water extract of the Brahmi plant (Bacopa monniera,) not to be confused with Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica,) also called Brahmi. Each capsule contains Bacopa monniera extract (leaf) 200 mg. (standardized to contain 20% bacosides A & B,) vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 5 mg. (hypo-allergenic plant fiber added to complete capsule volume requirement)

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Bacopa has demonstrated anxiolytic, relaxing, bronchodilatory, cognition-enhancing, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, immuno-modulating and anti-inflammatory effects in pharmacological studies.

Bacopin is also found in Get Smart.

CAUTIONS

No serious side effects have been noted. Some individuals may experience sedation. As usual, pregnant or lactating women should consult their physician.

DOSE

Take 1 to 3 capsules daily in divided doses with meals.
