WHAT IS IT?


Bovine cartilage (BTC) is the tracheal cartilage from cows. The trachea is the windpipe which is made from the same material as the bridge of your nose, or parts of your joints. Each vcapsule contains bovine cartilage (hormone-free, New Zealand source, tracheal cartilage) 500 mg containing: glycosaminoglycans 225 mg (mucopolysaccharides, including chondroitin-4-sulfate and dermatan sulfate) protein 225 mg.Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 10 mg.

CAUTIONS


BTC has no side effects and is completely non-toxic. A theoretical risk exists in bypass patients or those who have undergone some cardiovascular surgery because of the anti-angiogenesis effect.

The cartilage comes from free-range, hormone-free, BSE-free cattle.

DOSE


The recommended dose is 3-12 vegetarian capsules per day, in divided doses, with meals, or as directed by a physician.
