WHAT IS IT?

BCAA is free formed Branch Chained Amino Acids, consisting of L-Leucine 300 mg, L-Isoleucine 150 mg, L-Valine 150 mg, in a vegetable capsule.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

BCAA's have two primary applications both involving increased protein synthesis in liver cells.

Body builders may benefit from an increased anabolic effect and increased endurance. It has been shown that the recovery phase of the bodybuilding cycle is dramatically shortened by the amino acid, Leucine.

DOSE

Take from 2 to 4 capsules daily in divided doses on an empty stomach.
