WHAT IS IT?
Each capsule of Ayur-Triphala contains
Triphala 750 mg. Other ingredients: Gelatin, cellulose and vegetable stearate.
WHAT DOES IT DO?
According to the manufacturer:
"Triphala is a powder mixture of equal proportions of dried fruits from three plants, namely: Terminalia chebula (Haroda) family Combretaceae, Terminalia belerica (Bahera) family Combretaceae, and Emblica officinalis (Amla) family Eurphorbiaceae."
Triphala is used in Indian medicine for internal cleansing.
