WHAT DOES IT DO?
According to the manufacturer:
"Garlicillin is garlic oil macerate standardized to 1% ajoene (pronounced ah-hoe-ene) and also contains dithiins and allyl sulfides. This Allicillin formulation is the first ever commercially available garlic oil macerate product containing a standardized level of ajoene, the most active compound formed from garlic.
Over the last five years the stabilized allicin raw material used by Designs for Health in Allicillin has been Allisure AC-23. Recently, the European manufacturer of Allisure AC-23 developed a novel process to produce ajoene, the more stable metabolite of allicin.
Designs for Health has decided to take advantage of this discovery and introduce Garlicillin into a new Allicillin formulation, Allicillin Pro 400mg. Allicillin. Allicillin Pro with 400mg Garlicillin is up to over 2000 times more potent than a typical 500 mg non-standardized garlic oil macerate product. No other commercially available garlic preparation contains near the level of ajoene available from Allicillin Pro."
